LNER is embracing the spirit of the season onboard its trains, as it prepares to help take thousands of customers home for Christmas.

Two LNER colleagues were part of a group of veterans from across the rail industry who took part in the National Service of Remembrance at the Cenotaph in London on Sunday (9 November 2025). This was the first time the rail industry has been officially represented at the event.

A special memorial event has been held to commemorate the 25^th anniversary of the Hatfield rail crash.
